WE DO THAT

We Engraved over the exact text which was  almost rubbed off of this shotgun. Old text was hand imprinted so every letter is different. We pick-up as much of the original text as possible and digitize it. Using a CNC engraving machine we make a template. We use the template on a 1956 Gorton panograph to engrave over the text on the shotgun barrel. Which was re-blued using a process that as I understand takes about 2 weeks.

1/8" thickstainless steel panel engraved .012" deep using a rotating cutter. The text was then filled with black paint.

This text will NEVER come off, peel up, or fade out.

20"x32"x1/4 " Acrylicpainted black then reverse engraved. The graphics were then paint filled white and red .

This panel was  the center piece for a podium  built by
